We are hiring for general laborers for the Borden, IN area, the shift is Monday-Friday 6am-4pm the pay is $16-$18 depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general site clean-up.
• Move, load, or unload materials as needed.
• Assist in light construction if necessary.
• Remove debris and trash from work sites.
• Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training.
• Use tools or equipment, depending on the assignment.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Must have a strict attention to detail.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be able to work as a team and follow directions.
• Must be able to climb ladders, work from a creeper, sit, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, grasp, drag and lift or handle heavy items.
• Must be able to work in a dusty environment, either indoors or outside, and in all types of weather.
